Volt Broadband has seen a growing number of incidents involving gunfire damaging our fiber lines. Whether youâre aiming at birds on the line or intentionally targeting the infrastructure, this behavior is illegal and has real consequences.![]()

When a fiber line is hit, it doesnât just affect one connectionâit can take down internet service for entire neighborhoods. That means your friends, family, neighbors, local businesses, and even emergency communications can be disrupted. The result is frustration for everyone and costly repairs that impact the whole community.![]()

We also want to be transparent: Volt Broadband has not increased prices on our internet packages since day one. However, incidents like these create significant and avoidable repair costs. Continued damage to infrastructure is one of the factors that could eventually force price increasesâsomething we work hard every day to avoid.![]()

We understand that itâs not always easy to identify who is responsible, but please be aware: we will take every possible step to investigate these incidents. If a responsible party is identified, we will pursue charges to the fullest extent of the law.![]()
