Our team has recently discovered damage to a mainline that appears to have occurred during the past ice storm. Unfortunately, the line has been lying across the roadway and has been repeatedly driven over, which over time led to damage and is now causing service outages for some customers.![]()

We were not previously aware of this issue, but now that it has been identified, our crews are scheduled to begin repairs first thing tomorrow morning.![]()
